UK: INCOME TAX, no rule that company directors have to file tax returns

UK - HMRC has amended its guidance to acknowledge recent tribunal rulings that company directors do not have to submit a self-assessment income tax return if all their income is fully taxed at source. 

HMRC's previous guidance suggested that every director had to file a return merely by virtue of being a director.
