UK:[ESTATE DISPUTES] Chinese mother’s ‘traditionalist’ will resulted from undue influence

The daughters of businesswoman, Ho Chin, from Southend in Essex, have succeeded in overturning a will in which she left her entire assets of GBP2 million to her son.

EWHC (High Court of England and Wales) agreed with the claimants that Ho Chin's husband George, and perhaps her son Winston, had used undue influence on the deceased to make Winston her sole heir, for reasons of tradition.
