Hong Kong's 2022/23 budget includes certain tax concessions for family offices coming into effect in the 2022/23 assessment year. It also promises legislation to implement the 15 per cent global minimum corporation tax rate and states that other relevant requirements under the OECD agreements will be introduced in the second half of 2022.
